Sales Director - Ad Tech; DSP - £70,000 - £80,000 (DOE) + 50% OTE + benefits.

My client is a brilliant DSP and platform for agencies and clients with amazing international success.

They have a lot of backing and international success as an industry leader in the space globally, and are already working with some top agency groups in the UK.

With a fast-moving, exciting and innovative start-up feel, this is an excellent opportunity to join the business in it's early UK growth stage and and help shape the business. Recent UK growth has been huge.

Join as a Sales Director to be the face of the business in market and sell the proposition to agency groups in the UK.

The Job

• Actively sell into UK-based media agencies across the company's programmatic and managed service media solutions.
• Work directly with the CRO to help shape and grow the business in the UK.
• Amazing progression opportunities and routes to more senior levels.
• Selling a market leading programmatic solution.
• Hybrid role between London and WFH.
• Working with the team to hit quarterly revenue targets and capitalise on all revenue streams.

You

• Great understanding of the advertising ecosystem; strong programmatic knowledge and experience selling managed service media solutions.
• Someone with great relationships across media agencies and is able to leverage these when joining.
• Experienced and capable sales rep with the ability to build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients. Proven experience achieving targets.
• Understands the programmatic ecosystem and has been successful in a sales and hunting role.
• A self-starter and able to work independently when needed.
• A personable, approachable, positive and focused individual who is comfortable in a leading role.
• Keen to work in a growing business and adopt senior roles as the business grows.
