We're looking for a qualified Sales Manager (M/F) with deep experiences in selling to the Italian market. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the Sales Manager (M/F) have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at researching leads, starting new relationships & building relationship, and setting up sales closers for success. As a Sales Manager (M/F), you are a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills - someone with a successful track record - and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for boosting top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the company customer base and ensure its strong presence in the Italian market
  • Conduct incisive and insightful research of markets and competitors
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories
  • Be responsible for a strong operational rigor around pipeline and activities to drive efficiency and performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years' of sales experience within a similar industry (digital marketing, data solutions and or affiliation ideally), with minimum 2 years of sales experience in Italian market
  • You have an excellent knowledge of on-line advertising and different acquisition channels
  • Affiliate expertise is a real plus
  • Proven tracks success in penetrating new markets and customer acquisition
  • You love to use and develop your network
  • Native Italian and fluent English are mandatory. Good level of French (C1) to be able work efficiently internally
