Job Description
We're partnering with an exciting and rapidly growing market intelligence platform that's changing the way brands stay ahead in an increasingly competitive digital landscape. Headquartered in London but serving a global client base, this company is looking for a driven and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their high-performing sales team.
As an SDR, you'll be key in generating new leads, building a solid sales pipeline, and collaborating with Account Executives to create new business opportunities. If you have 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role and are eager to progress your sales career, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential leads via cold calling, outreach, and other prospecting methods
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
- Work closely with Account Executives to pass qualified leads and provide the necessary details for closing deals
- Support AEs with follow-up tasks and lead nurturing when needed
- Qualify leads through discovery calls, ensuring they meet the ideal customer profile
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and customer pain points to refine outreach strategies
- Use CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads, track activity, and report progress
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs such as call volume, meetings booked, and lead conversion rates
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ months experience customer-facing role, ideally in sales or business development
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage prospects and articulate the value of the product
- Collaborative team player who works well with Account Executives and other teams to ensure a smooth sales process
- A passion for sales with a drive to hit targets and exceed expectations
- Quick learner, eager to understand the industry, the company's platform, and sales best practices
- Comfortable using CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and other technology to increase efficiency
- Resilient, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
