Account Manager - Digital Advertising - up to £70,000 (OTE)

The Company

Our client is an innovative digital advertising company specializing in programmatic solutions. They work with a diverse range of advertisers and media owners, providing data-driven strategies to maximize ad performance. With a strong presence in the industry, they are committed to delivering effective, privacy-focused advertising solutions across multiple channels, including mobile and in-app environments.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an Account Manager to join their EMEA team. This role will focus on managing key partnerships, optimizing revenue opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships.

The Job

As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key advertising partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and strategic support.

  • Identify opportunities for growth and optimization within client accounts, helping to maximize campaign success.

  • Monitor performance metrics and revenue data, proactively addressing any challenges to maintain and exceed targets.

  • Work closely with internal teams across operations, finance, and technology to drive efficiency and enhance client outcomes.

  • Oversee client onboarding and ensure smooth integration of solutions.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and strategy discussions with partners to align on business objectives.

  • Focus on mobile and in-app advertising strategies, ensuring best practices are applied to drive engagement and revenue.

You

  • 4+ years of experience in account management - specifically working with DSPs - this is essential

  • Proven experience working with mobile and in-app advertising, with an understanding of key platforms, trends, and performance metrics.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Understanding of digital advertising models, including programmatic buying and performance marketing.
