Senior BI Analyst - 6 month FTC

I'm looking for a BI Analyst to join a Publisher, in Central London.

• Hybrid working - 3 days a week in the office - Central London
• 6-month contract
• Start date: 09/10/24
• 2-stage interview process
• £55,000 - £60,000 pro rata

The Job

As the BI Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

• Spearheading data and insight initiatives aimed at deepening our understanding of customers, including their interactions with our platforms, and purchasing patterns.
• Taking the lead in the development of Looker dashboards to bolster strategic decision-making in CRM and subscription strategies.
• Constructing and managing advanced customer segments, employing established business metrics and scoring methods.
• Generating customer data extracts in various necessary formats to support marketing activations and other business applications.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders to grasp their requirements and partnering with the Data Engineering team to ensure the acquisition and availability of pertinent data.
• Providing comprehensive support, training, and education to the broader organization on leveraging data for actionable insights, fostering a self-service culture.

You

• Proficient in SQL, encompassing data querying, extracts, stored procedures, and ETL.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Skilled in Looker and LookML for reporting and dashboards.
• Experienced with databases like SQL Server, Google BigQuery, and/or AWS.
• Familiarity with predictive analysis environments.
• Advanced data visualization skills.
• Excel proficiency within Microsoft Office.
• Agile work environment experience.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Proven expertise in crafting and improving customer segments.
