About the Role: Spher eare working with a top brand to hire a contract Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst. This senior position is responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of BI strategies to enhance data-driven decision-making within this amazing DTC brand. You will play a pivotal role in providing actionable insights, supporting scalable data solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and partner success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy:

  • Act as a thought leader, shaping and scaling reporting frameworks to align with business needs.
  • Lead stakeholder relationships at multiple organizational levels, ensuring collaboration and aligning priorities.
  • Define and manage reporting objectives, ensuring business requirements are met through process changes and effective communication.
  • Shape a shared vision for reporting priorities, managing expectations and anticipating insight needs.

• Data Strategy & Management:

  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting insights that drive decision-making at all levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address data needs, ensuring proper data acquisition and ingestion processes.
  • Design and maintain scalable data pipelines to enable analytics and reporting for partner and operational performance.
  • Work alongside teams to integrate machine learning models into operational workflows, optimizing business outcomes.

• Advanced Analytics & Reporting:

  • Build, maintain, and communicate business performance insights that drive data-informed decisions for leadership.
  • Analyze key business drivers and trends, delivering actionable insights that support strategic business initiatives.
  • Lead efforts to transition to self-serve reporting capabilities for improved operational efficiency.

• Problem-Solving & Innovation:

  • Identify innovative data solutions to tackle critical business challenges, empowering stakeholders with real-time insights.
  • Scale team capacity to manage growing business demands, ensuring the BI function adapts to evolving needs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging data to drive business performance and partner success.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 10 years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on partner or customer journey analysis.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL and Python, with advanced experience in BI tools such as Domo, Tableau, or Power BI. Strong background in data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Analytical Expertise: Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Leadership & Communication: Proven track record of managing senior stakeholders and leading large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset, focusing on customer and partner experience improvements.
• Business Acumen: Ability to operate with both a granular and big-picture mindset, and influence decision-making at all organizational levels.
• Presentation Skills: Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and present information clearly to senior leadership.
