Senior Content Strategist

My client, a fast-growing SaaS scale-up is delighted to be recruiting a Senior Content Strategist (Italian Speaking). In this critical role, you will architect and scale this scale-up's content ecosystem across paid, owned, and earned channels. This pivotal role offers an opportunity to build and lead a comprehensive content strategy that drives meaningful engagement with mental health topics whilst delivering measurable business growth.

My client are looking for a strategic thinker who can transform audience insights into powerful content frameworks, building a robust content engine that drives both brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Location: Italy, Spain, France (100% Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the global content strategy aligned with business objectives and brand values
• Research audience, topics and key figures in order to develop a content narrative to and an editorial calendar aligned with the customer journey and user intent
• Lead end-to-end content production from creative brief to final delivery, collaborating with designers, producers and hiring talent (host, guests, etc)
• Repurpose and optimise diverse content formats, from long-form video to shorts, audio, long form articles, social posts (carousels, reels, etc)
• Manage content distribution across and drive optimisation to max reach, views, subscriber growth and ultimately new customers.
• Define measurement frameworks and establish tracking mechanisms to evaluate performance, ROI, and content impact across channels
• Partner with other channels (SEO, paid and organic social, CRM etc) to maximise content use and relevance
• Stay on top of current cultural trends and audience preferences to ensure content cut thorough
• Identify and collaborate with internal and external talent for authentic content creation
• Leverage AI tools to enhance content workflows whilst maintaining brand authenticity
• Guide content testing and localisation strategies for different markets

Requirements:

• 7+ years' experience in content strategy, with demonstrable success in driving business growth through content
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful multi-channel content strategies
• Strong understanding of content distribution, optimisation and performance measurement to track ROI across channels
• Experience with content technology solutions and emerging tools to drive efficiency in creation and workflow management
• Proven ability to translate data and insights into actionable content strategies
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Track record of scaling content operations whilst maintaining quality and consistency
• Experience with content management systems and analytics tools
• Understanding of paid media and its role in content distribution
• Fluent Italian and English required, other languages a plus
