Senior Director of Sales, West Coast - $160K base, Double OTE and Equity

We're looking for a Senior Director of Sales-a natural hunter, relationship-builder, and solution-seller. If you've built a territory from scratch, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love winning big with your clients, this is your playground.

🔥 What You'll Own:

  • Build the West Coast playbook - Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the region.
  • Grow our client base - From cold outreach to warm intros, you'll create and close deals with top media agencies and brands.
  • Showcase our platform - Lead compelling presentations and demos that show how our tech helps brands win big.
  • Drive revenue - Manage your own quota, close key accounts, and expand existing relationships.
  • Be an industry expert - Stay sharp on digital trends, competitor moves, and tech shifts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally - Partner with Marketing, Product, and Client Services to deliver a world-class experience.
  • Lead by example - Mentor rising sales talent and elevate team performance.

🎯 What You Bring:

  • A track record of building and scaling territories-and the energy to do it again.
  • Deep relationships in media agencies and brand-side marketing teams.
  • Experience selling digital video, branded content, social/influencer campaigns, or ad tech/martech solutions.
  • A consultative approach with a passion for custom, high-impact solutions.
  • Strong negotiation chops and a love for complex deal-making.
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and guide others.
  • 5+ years of crushing sales targets in the digital media or marketing tech space.
