Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the product metrics framework, defining success metrics across the user journey to support product-led growth.

  • Translate complex data into clear insights that inform strategic decisions and shape the product roadmap.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify user needs and transform them into data-driven product opportunities.

  • Build the experimentation strategy from the ground up, including A/B testing infrastructure and success measurement.

  • Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative research to validate product ideas and recommend optimisations.

  • Work with data engineering to ensure data quality, robust instrumentation, and scalable analytics practices.

  • Communicate findings through compelling storytelling and presentations that influence stakeholders and drive alignment.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a product analytics role, ideally within a product-led growth (PLG) environment.

  • Strong academic background in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics, Economics, Computer Science).

  • Hands-on experience developing PLG metrics frameworks and growth strategies.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for uncovering actionable insights from complex datasets.

  • Proficient in SQL and familiar with statistical tools; experience working in dynamic environments with evolving data needs.

  • Comfortable working closely with both technical and non-technical teams; strong communication and storytelling skills are a must.

  • Previous experience working with B2B products or generative AI technologies is a bonus.

Why Apply?

  • Work with a trailblazing tech company at the intersection of creativity and AI.

  • Make a real impact on product development and business growth from day one.

  • Join a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values innovation and experimentation.

  • Competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and flexible working arrangements.
