The Role

My client is client is operated by an incredible team that is on a mission to inspire people to create and nurture relationships through everyday acts of kindness. As a Senior Product Manager:

  • You'll lead a cross-functional team (iOS, Android, Web platforms) to design and build features/products to support our business and customer needs.

  • You'll build a deep understanding of customer needs, as well as understanding a commercial, operational, technical and financial perspective.

  • You'll lead planning processes and roadmap prioritisation to get your team working on the highest impact priorities that contribute to wider business goal

  • You'll work collaboratively with marketing, tech, operations, data, finance, customer service and others to refine and execute your plan

Your Day-To-Day

  • Lead the end-to-end success of projects from discovery to launch, aligned to overall strategy/direction

  • Leading workshops to create solutions to the key customer pain points

  • Running customer interviews and surveys to deeply understand their needs

  • Researching and understanding market trends, industry best practices and opportunities to pursue

  • Working closely with growth and tech to create quick experiments to validate ideas

  • Measure the impact with the finance team of the main revenue streams such as credit packs and memberships

  • Facilitating the growth sprints meetings with the wider team (growth, ops, finance)

  • Influence key stakeholders to align the roadmap, resources and prioritisation

You Should Apply If

  • You have 4+ years of product management experience

  • Analytical skills: you are data driven, loves metrics and are able to self serve with tools such as Looker and Amplitude

  • Customer empathy: You are comfortable with doing user research and talking to customers

  • Creativity: You're curious and enjoy thinking of ideas that will delight the customer

  • Hustle: You're scrappy, ready to roll up your sleeves wherever needed

  • Collaboration: You quickly navigate through different stakeholders such as tech, marketing, finance and CS

Tasks:

  • Data analysis: creating graphs and dashboards on Amplitude

  • Analyse AB test results on Amplitude and document results

  • Monitor the main Product KPIs and act on any sudden change of metrics

  • Send customer surveys (email, Lyssna or Instabug)

  • Run moderated customer interviews

  • Manage the main SAAS accounts, such as Figma, Lyssna, Fireflies, Miro

  • Manage the Mention Me annual contract

  • Add voucher codes to Mention Me platform when it runs out of vouchers

  • Competitor analysis / bets-in-class analysis

  • Run collaborative workshops and ideation sessions

  • Prioritise the product features ideas based on impact and effort (or ICE)

  • Update the roadmap constantly for transparency and accountability

  • Refine ideas with tech, growth, finance, ops, data, etc

  • Create product design briefs for the freelancer designerSe

  • Make sure the Confluence pages are up to date and organised

  • Run planning sessions with the tech team (planning, standups, retrospective, demo reviews)

  • Run growth sprint sessions with the wider group

  • Update the wider team on Slack / All Hands and other moments to make sure everyone is on the same page

Profile:

  • Senior PM 4/5+ years experience

  • Good with data (understand that we need to bring cash to the business along with customer satisfaction)

  • Is curious and very creative and enjoys working with a product

  • Has a hacky mindset (scrappy, no-code skills is a plus)

  • Very hands-on professional, who doesn't mind getting out of the PM box once in a while

  • Can run customer interviews/research with minimal support

  • Runs well in an environment with lots of autonomy, needs to be flexible, but organised
