We're looking for a hands-on Product Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of the product by balancing big-picture thinking with detailed execution. You'll work closely with one of our founders (who has been handling product so far) as well as our tech team, UX designers, operations, sales, and customer support teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment across the company.
This is an opportunity to own the product roadmap, define scalable processes, and establish a structured approach to user research and testing, making sure we are building the right things in the right way.
What you'll do:
- Provide structure & improve execution - Organise product releases, define priorities, and create a clear roadmap
- Translate ideas into actionable plans - Translate strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and tickets, ensuring smooth product execution
- Make product development smoother - Identify and fix inefficiencies in how the team works, so everyone can be more effective
- Refine & standardise processes - Establish best practices for product development, ensuring consistency in execution, documentation, and feedback loops
- Ensure stability & performance - Work with engineering to make sure the product is scalable, reliable, and not just focused on new features
- Collaborate across teams - Act as a link between tech, design, operations, support, and leadership to keep everyone aligned
- Champion user research & testing - Build structured frameworks for gathering user insights, running usability tests, and validating product decisions to enhance user experience
- Work in an agile but flexible way - Keep things moving without enforcing rigid processes
- Drive continuous improvement - Analyse product performance, iterate based on data, and prioritise enhancements that drive engagement and growth
What we're looking for:
Must haves
- Proven product management experience - At least 5 years in a fast-scaling tech company, startup, or creator economy platform
- Strong strategic thinking & execution - Ability to zoom out for big-picture strategy while also diving into the details of writing clear specs, tickets, and requirements
- User-centric mindset - Passion for delivering great user experiences, with experience in organising and implementing structured user research and testing
- Strong collaboration and communication skills - A natural communicator who works well with technical and non-technical teams alike
- Organised & process-driven - Skilled at structuring workflows, managing multiple priorities, and keeping projects on track
- Adaptable, resilient & passionate - Enthusiastic about the creator economy, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- Technical acumen - You don't need to code, but you should understand technical fundamentals and work well with engineers
- Analytical thinking - You use data and insights to make product decisions
