Senior Sales Director - NYC, 3 Days in the Office - Premium Advertising Platform - $130-190K base, Double OTE + Benefits

This leading web advertising platform was developed by media organizations to better serve advertisers. Since its launch, it has rapidly grown, adding numerous publishers to its network. The platform provides a transparent, scalable solution to traditional online advertising, focused on driving improved outcomes for advertisers.

The platform now partners with hundreds of advertisers, spanning various industries, and collaborates with agencies of all sizes, as well as directly with brands across the world.

Building on its success in Europe, the platform is now launching in the US market, with exciting growth plans. Leveraging its strong foundation, the expansion aims to replicate the results achieved in Europe, where it has become a trusted solution for brands and agencies seeking more effective and transparent advertising strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with UK leadership to develop and implement a US go-to-market strategy.
  • Coordinating with UK support teams (Strategic Solutions, Client Services, Ad Ops, Finance, Marketing), with plans to expand these functions in the US as the business grows.
  • Selling to Agencies and Brands across the US market to expand their platform offering.
  • As the first person on the ground, you will be responsible for taking the product to market and scaling the business
  • Identifying key trade events in the US market.
  • Actively hiring as revenue increases.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience selling digital advertising to agency clients in the US, particularly in NYC/North America.
  • Proven success in building and managing agency relationships.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of the US market and agency landscape, with a data-driven, audience-focused approach.
  • Passion, energy, and strong in-market relationships.
