Senior Social Media Manager

We're on the hunt for a Senior Social Media Manager to join a creative collective of strategists, designers, and insight pros. Based in the heart of Berlin, you'll play a key role in crafting transformational, social-first campaigns that spark conversations, build communities, and make an impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Owning and managing global social media accounts - editorial planning, content creation, community management, influencer marketing, social activations, and reporting.
• Shaping social strategies and producing thumb-stopping content that thrives across platforms.
• Cultivating strong relationships with clients, becoming their go-to partner in all things social.
• Leading real-time social moments and executing jaw-dropping integrated campaigns across Europe.
• Collaborating with a team of specialists to turn ideas into campaigns that the internet can't ignore.
• Keeping your finger firmly on the pulse of platform trends, algorithms, and emerging formats.
• Ensuring every campaign is delivered with quality, creativity, and ethical standards.

What You Bring:

• 4-5+ years of agency or editorial experience running social for major brands.
• A true passion for travel, hospitality, and destination storytelling.
• Native-level social fluency - from Reels to Threads, you know what works where.
• Editorial instincts, social savvy, and a sixth sense for what audiences actually care about.
• German & English fluency (written and spoken).
• Killer communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure juggling multiple projects.
• Pro-level attention to detail, project management, and organizational chops.
