Social Motion Graphic Designer (LDN and MANC based!)

My client, a marketing agency based out of London and Manchester, is looking for a Social Motion Graphic Designer to join the team.

This is a permanent, full-time role to start ASAP. The role is hybrid with 2 days working from their London or Manchester office.

About the role:

• Design and produce social-first graphics, animations, and videos optimised for various platforms.
• Create assets for both organic and paid campaigns, ensuring they are visually impactful and aligned with client objectives.
• Write engaging, on-brand captions that complement social media content.
• Develop 2D animations to elevate the visual appeal of campaigns.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform innovations, and digital content strategies.
• Use tools such as CapCut, the Adobe Creative Suite, and in-app editing software to deliver polished content.
• Collaborate with a talented team of designers, community managers, and influencers.

About you:

• Up to two years of experience working as a designer and editor who can create high-quality, social-first graphics and videos for organic and paid campaigns.
• You feel confident interpreting briefs and delivering standout assets.
• A social media native who's always in the loop with trends, influencers, and updates from platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
• Experienced in designing 2D animations to bring creative concepts to life.
• You can manage multiple tasks with precision and maintain high standards across projects.
• Collaborative, communicative, and always willing to support your colleagues.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe XD).
• Experience with 2D animation and video creation tools such as CapCut or similar software.
• A strong understanding of what works across both organic and paid social media campaigns.
