TikTok Account Manager - Social Agency - London (Hybrid) - £35k

The Agency

My client is a social agency specializing in full service social production and distribution for their clients spanning B2B and B2C verticals.

The Role

As Account Manager, you will sit within the Client Services team, leading the launch and management of a top global bank's TikTok presence, making a significant impact on a high-profile brand. A solid understanding of social media and creativity in generating engaging content ideas are essential. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and executive a TikTok strategy for a global bank, ensuring the strategy aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Facilitate creative sessions to produce new video ideas and maintain a continuous flow of concepts.
  • Write scripts for 20 TikTok videos each month, focusing on relevance and optimization.
  • Provide clear direction to their inhouse Content Studio by briefing then on video concepts.
  • Work with production partners to deliver high-quality videos and finalize edits.
  • Create engaging thumbnails to enhance views and interactions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of final videos and manage feedback for client satisfaction.
  • Foster strong relationships as the main contact for all TikTok-related inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the TikTok strategy and boost campaign performance.
  • Stay informed about TikTok trends and best practices while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).

About You

My client are looking for candidates to ideally have the following:

  • Over 2 years of experience in a social media role, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Strong enthusiasm for social media and brand engagement, specifically across TikTok.
  • Basic knowledge of paid social strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear and diplomatic client interactions.
  • Resilient in addressing client demands and proactive in seeking clarification when needed.
  • Effective problem-solver, ensuring clients are informed and clear about their needs.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
