2022 in Review

Happy New Year!
 
I hope you’ve had some time to relax, decompress and enjoy the festive period.

The biggest of thanks for your continued support. 2022 was challenging so many of us but I am incredibly grateful to our team and our customers who continue to work with purpose, positivity and adaptability to the ever changing market.  
 
2022 was a year like no other…..  We had extraordinary highs and highlights and we had to tackle rapidly changing trading in H2. 

In 2022: 

• Won Best Small Company in the UK and Best Recruitment Agency in the UK
• Made over 1,000 permanent hires in the UK, Europe and North America – averaging a fill rate of 1 in every 2 jobs
• Consistently have over 100 freelancers and contractors supporting our customers in the UK
• Launched our first international office in Manhattan, with 5 new team members hired
• Deployed in a number of new technologies to help us provide faster, more measurable and more efficient support to our customers
• Launched our new website with better search
• Recorded over 13 episodes of our Life in Digital Podcast, reaching over 50,000 listens in 2022

As 2023 gets underway, we are committed to continuing to support all of our customers, whatever the year throws at us!
