With so much uncertainty over health, the economy, and our future, it's not surprising that so many adults and young people are struggling mentally with the current chaos. 

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and the theme this year is kindness. 

The Mental Health Foundation has conducted a new survey into kindness, which has found almost two-thirds of us say that when people are kind to them, it has a positive impact on our mental health.
